Nomination's trading policy has created several selling points in various countries in the world, but in case you cannot find a close-by store through our store-locating service, please e-mail us a buying request at info@nomination.us.

6. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Please call 1-866-266-7672 or e-mail us at info@nomination.us. to obtain a Return Authorization number.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
This number has to be written outside of the return envelope and a copy of the invoice must be included with your return.
Credit will be issued once the merchandise is determined to be in re-saleable condition. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. The shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
All the return requests must be done within 30 days of the invoice date.
Restocking fee: Items that are shipped back to us without proper authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
During major gift giving holidays, please remember:
-We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that UPS can also run a bit behind during these peak times.
-Customers who order too close to the Holiday may find their order arrives a few days after the Holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries. Late deliveries during the Holidays will not be entitled to free shipping or a refund in shipping costs.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing the return.
International Returns:
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
